30 Day Exchange Policy

• Items will only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

• Additional shipping costs may be incurred.

30 Day Return Policy

• LED bulbs, fixtures, and other LED products or accessories can be returned if opened.

• Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) are approved for issues related to manufacturing defects, mis-shipments and dissatisfaction.

• A RMA number must be issued before any item(s) can be returned.

• No returns will be accepted prior to receiving a Return Authorization Number.

• Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and condition.

• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to products missing materials, manuals, instruction or no longer in original condition.

• Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• COD or Freight Collect packages are not allowed and will not be accepted.

• We do not return merchandise outside of the USA.

• Please allow 7-10 business days to see a refund on your credit card statement.

• Returns are at the discretion of Deep Roof Lighting.
